The momentum that keeps the whole team working is partly generated from the advisory team. Occasionally the team leader meets the advisory members and shares the organizations visions and shares progress on the ongoing programs.

Importantly, it is at such meetings that the old thoughts and ideas are evaluated, and new thoughts and ideas are generated.
